These 5-inch wide staff gauges are engineered to endure harsh weather and industrial conditions, ensuring they won't chip, crack, or rust. Crafted with contemporary materials for superior performance at a lower cost, they feature two sheets of .008 tk white polyester-painted aluminum bonded with a black thermoplastic core. Graphics are printed with solvent ink, then sealed with 5 mils of clear polyester for optimal chemical, abrasion, and UV protection. Each 4FT section has eight evenly spaced mounting holes (3/16" dia.), allowing for larger drilling or length trimming without compromising quality. The gauges are machined flush at the ends for precise multi-sectional joining. The bold black graphics on white or yellow backgrounds ensure clear visibility from afar.
